Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. finely chopped carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar.
    Add oil, vanilla, flour and cinnamon. Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
