Squashed Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 small yellow squash
1/2 c. cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small diced onion
1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
Preparation

Cook squash and mash.
Saute onion, cream and crackers in butter.
Put in casserole.
Put extra crackers and butter on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serves 10 to 12.
