Praline Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

29 oz. cut yams, drained
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place drained yams in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well.
Sprinkle over yams.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
Makes 7 servings.
