Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 large bag Doritos
1 small block Mexican Velveeta
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts.
Cool and remove from bones.
Mix soups, tomatoes, onion and mushrooms together.
Add chicken.
Stir in Doritos.
Put in large baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with Doritos and cheese.
Place back in oven until cheese is melted.
