Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
3 c. sweet fruity white wine
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. corn oil or peanut oil
Preparation

Add oil to hot skillet and then stir-fry chicken quickly over high heat until pieces turn white (5 minutes).
Stir in wine, salt and cornstarch and lower heat.
Stir and watch until wine turns to gravy mixture (10 minutes).
Add green pepper (mushrooms optional) and cook 5 more minutes.
Serve over a bed of white rice.
