Rhubarb-Berry Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry gelatin
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 box white or yellow cake mix
Preparation

Place cut up rhubarb in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and flavored gelatin over the rhubarb.
Put miniature marshmallows on top.
Cover with cake mix that has been prepared per package directions.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
