Biegnet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    5 c. canola oil
Preparation
    Beat egg whites; add salt, baking powder, vanilla extract, sugar, margarine and milk.
    Mix in flour until dough can be rolled without sticking to roller.
    Roll dough until 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut dough into 2-inch squares and cook in hot oil.
    Turn the biegnets over as they rise in the oil and remove when amber in color. Cover the biegnets with powdered sugar and serve for breakfast with coffee or hot chocolate.
