Southern Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. apples, peeled and diced
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
