Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. peaches
    1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish with oleo.
    Slice peaches. Add 3 tablespoons sugar (less if desired) to peaches.
    Spread in bottom of dish.
    Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and buttermilk until well blended; pour evenly over entire layer of peaches.
    Cut oleo into small pieces; place on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
