Hamburger Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sour cream
    shredded cheese
    12 hot dog buns
Preparation
    Fry and season hamburger with salt and pepper; drain.
    Add mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Open hot dog buns, but do not pull apart.
    Fill with hot hamburger mixture.
    Put shredded cheese on top.
    Bake until cheese is melted.
