Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles (raw)
    2 (12 oz.) cartons large curd cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain grease.
    Add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
    Place 1/2 of the uncooked noodles in a 13 x 9-inch pan; spread 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture over; add 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of meat mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 12.
