Breakfast Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground sausage, browned
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices day-old bread, crushed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 tsp. onion, chopped
Preparation
-
Brown, drain and rinse sausage.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into 11 x 7 x 2-inch casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
