Helen'S Tuna Casserole(Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yolkless noodles (12 oz.)
1 large can tuna (water packed)
2 cans low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can skim milk
1 onion, chopped
1 slices fat-free cheese
1 pkg. green peas, thawed
Preparation

Boil noodles and drain. Saute onion in minimum amount of oil. Add soup, milk, tuna, salt and pepper. Add to noodles and green peas. Place in a large casserole dish. Cut cheese into triangles and place on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
