Fruits Fantasia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat yogurt
    1 small banana
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. honey
    1 cantaloupe
    dash of grated nutmeg
    mint sprigs (garnish)
Preparation
    In a blender, process the first 4 ingredients on low speed until smooth.
    Using a melon baller, cut cantaloupe into small balls.
    Spoon into serving dishes.
    Top with yogurt mixture; garnish with mint sprigs.
    Chill.
