Almond Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. water
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped almonds
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add vanilla, sugar and salt.
Keep beating as you add the water.
Then add flour.
Finally mix in almonds. Chill dough and then roll into crescent shapes.
Should look like good sized whole shrimp.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until very light brown.
When cool, roll in powdered sugar or put some powdered sugar in a sieve and shake it over the cookies.
