Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
pancake mix
olive oil (2 c.)
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1 egg
Preparation

Follow directions of pancake batter, as if you were to make pancakes.
Then add corn, pepper, salt and egg.
Mix together. Drop by rounded tablespoonful size into hot oil and fry.
