Italian Chop Suey(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    2 green peppers
    5 stalks celery
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato paste
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 lb. small, shell macaroni
Preparation
    Saute beef in pan until it loses its pink color (add a little oil, if needed, to prevent sticking), then add sliced vegetables and continue cooking 5 or 10 minutes.
    Add tomato paste, plus 2 or 3 cans of water and the soy sauce.
    Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.
    Cook shells; drain, then add to sauce mixture and serve.
