Sand Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. ice water
2 c. cake flour
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add flour, nuts and other ingredients, except confectioners sugar.
Mix well.
Pinch off small bits and roll into finger shape pieces.
Bake in very slow oven (300\u00b0).
Do not brown.
When done, remove and roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
