Fish For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) grouper or halibut fillets
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    paprika
    1 green onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    lemon wedges for garnish
Preparation
    Place fish fillets in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Pour melted butter and lemon juice over fish.
    Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning and next 4 ingredients evenly over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Garnish if desired.
    Yields 2 servings.
