Vanilla Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar (about 4 c.)
1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
3 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat sugar, margarine, milk and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until well blended and smooth.
If frosting becomes too thick, beat in additional milk by teaspoonfuls until spreading consistency.
