Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. large mushrooms
    1 small diced onion
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 stick butter
    4 to 6 slices day-old wheat bread
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms.
    Take out stems and dice.
    Mix together: mushroom stems, crumbled bread, garlic powder, onion and parsley. Melt butter and pour over mixture until moistened.
    You may need to add more butter.
    Fill mushrooms by teaspoonful of mix.
    Put mushrooms on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until stuffing looks browned.
