Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. applesauce
1/4 c. oil
2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. honey
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake for about 45 minutes.
