Arabian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 onions, sliced
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown the chops on both sides in a skillet.
    Place in a shallow casserole.
    Arrange slices of onions and tomatoes on each chop and sprinkle on green peppers.
    Put salt and water in the skillet and heat, making brown gravy.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
