Mountain Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 can sweetened pie filling (cherry, apple, blueberry, etc)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in 2-qt. casserole dish in oven.
In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and milk.
Pour batter over melted butter.
Do not stir.
Pour pie filling on top of batter.
Do not stir.
Bake 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
