Cheesy Chive Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. onion tops or chives, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl, mixing gently.
Spoon mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes until bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
