Rhubarb Surprise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) white or yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces and put in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Sprinkle jello and sugar over rhubarb.
Sprinkle cake mix over all. Mix melted oleo and water.
Dribble over dry ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
