Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 onion, diced
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. cooked broccoli, chopped

Preparation

Mix well.
Bake in a large, greased iron skillet at 350\u00b0 until well done.
