Ken'S Cold Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. egg noodle
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    4 to 6 scallions, cut into small pieces
    1/4 to 1/3 c. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Cook noodles in 4 quarts boiling water until tender; cool. Mix remaining ingredients well.
    Toss with noodles.
    Chill before serving.
