Brandy-Whipped Cream Sauce(For Plum Puddings, Plain Cake, Etc.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. or less powdered sugar
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped or use Cool Whip and less sugar
    brandy
Preparation
    Beat egg and add the 1/3 cup melted butter.
    Add powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon brandy or rum.
    Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
    Stir before serving.
