Golden Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    6 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    4 tsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    1 lb. velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Add water to potatoes, celery, onion, parsley, seasonings, and bouillon.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Blend flour with a small amount of milk, stir into vegetable mixture.
    Add rest of milk, cook until thickened.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
