Chicago Deli Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or creamy salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. snipped fresh chives
    2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir in mayonnaise last.
    Serve on lettuce or make sandwiches.
