Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-sized onion
1 small red pepper
1 celery stalk
1 bunch basil
1 c. regular long-grain rice
1 lb. large shrimp
salad oil
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation

About 45 minutes before serving:
Finely chop onion, red pepper and celery.
Chop basil leaves to measure 1 tablespoon; reserve remaining basil for garnish.
