German Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. German or Polish sausage
    1 large can sauerkraut
    5 potatoes, quartered
    8 carrots
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 2-inch chunks.
    In large kettle boil all ingredients.
    Cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
    Good with pumpernickel bread on a cold evening.
