Haluski - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and grated (raw)
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 small head cabbage
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter or more
Preparation

Grate potatoes; add salt, egg and flour to make a soft dough. Have a pot of water (3-quart) boiling.
Put dough on plate and scrape off with teaspoon into water.
Stir often and gently.
Cook about 10 minutes.
Drain.
