Great Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, crusts removed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In a bowl, break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk.
    Mix together with other ingredients.
    Shape into cakes. Melt two tablespoons butter with two tablespoons oil and fry crab cakes until golden brown (about seven minutes each side). Makes six small cakes or four large cakes.
