Easy Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 yeast cakes
4 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
Set aside while you scald milk.
Add sugar, salt and margarine to hot milk.
When cool, add parts of flour and beat well.
Add well beaten eggs and yeast mixture.
Add remaining flour.
Let rise to double in bulk.
