Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    2/3 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Arrange layers of potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole and cover with onions.
    Sprinkle with some of flour, salt and pepper.
    Dot with some of butter.
    Repeat layers until all are used, ending with potatoes and butter. Pour milk all over.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender.
    Add grated cheese to each of the layers.
