Ingredients

sugar cookie dough (use own recipe or a box mix)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries and peaches)
Preparation

Prepare cookie mix as directed.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with non-stick spray.
Spread cookie mix into cake pan evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
(Do not over bake.)
Remove from oven and cool.
Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese until smooth.
Spread over cooled cookie bar.
Top with your favorite sliced fresh fruits.
Refrigerate one hour before serving.
Cut and serve.
(For calorie counters, use light Cool Whip and light cream cheese.)
