Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced bell pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. cornbread, crumbled
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 sharp cheese
Preparation
    Saute vegetables and seasonings in oil.
    Mix with bread, eggs, sage and cheese.
    Put in casserole.
    Cook 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add another 1/2 cup cheese.
    Cook until melted.
