Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, pieced
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
3 c. milk
1 c. sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
dash of salt
Preparation

Place bread in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Dot with butter. Heat 3 cups of milk.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and 3 eggs. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over bread.
Add hot milk to egg mixture.
Pour over bread.
