Pat'S Chicken And Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, cubed
    1 onion, cut in strips
    1 large bell pepper (green or red)
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
    1 pkg. linguine (small box)
Preparation
    Brown chicken in skillet; remove and set aside.
    Combine all other ingredients except chicken.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then uncover and simmer about 5 more minutes.
    Stir in chicken and cooked linguine.
    Heat through and serve.
