Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook whole potatoes in large amount of boiling water for about 14 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and remove skin.
    Cut potatoes into chunks.
    Melt butter and brown sugar in large skillet.
    Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
    Add potatoes and toss until well coated.
    Cover skillet.
    Simmer over low heat for 9 minutes.
    Uncover and simmer 6 minutes longer.
