Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 well-beaten egg
    1/4 c. Wesson oil (add to yeast and water mixture)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    melted butter
Preparation
    Combine egg, Wesson oil and sugar.
    Add 3 cups self-rising flour or enough to make a soft dough.
    Cover and let rise 1 hour. Roll out dough and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Dip each roll in melted butter and fold into pocketbook rolls.
    Let rise 2 hours. Bake in hot oven, 450\u00b0, for about 8 minutes or until done.
