Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 pkg. bulk sausage
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. Sauterne wine
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean out mushrooms and keep stems.
    Stuff mushrooms with sausage and bake in casserole dish 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
