Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 whole egg
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt and Crisco together.
    Combine remaining ingredients with first mixture.
    This makes 3 single or 1 double and a single.
    Will keep in refrigerator for two weeks.
