Vegetable Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1/3 c. cucumber, cubed
Preparation
    Cream together butter, cheese and salt.
    Blend in sour cream, chives and cucumber.
    Spoon over vegetables.
    Makes approximately 3 cups.
