Roasted Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Preparation

About 30 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch roasting pan.
Roast for 20 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
