Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg or ground turkey
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 bag medium egg noodles
    1 medium onion
    garlic salt
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and drain off fat.
    Add chopped onion and garlic salt to taste.
    Add both cans of soup (undiluted).
    Add sour cream and parsley flakes.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
