Green "Make Ahead" Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen, unthawed, separated peas
1 can chopped water chestnuts
about 8 green onions, sliced
full c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. yogurt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (or more) can shrimp or frozen crab substitute, chopped
Preparation

Mix yogurt and mayonnaise.
Thin with half and half or milk. Spread in layers in following order:
lettuce, celery, peas, yogurt and mayonnaise mix, water chestnuts, green onions and cheese.
Refrigerate.
Add shrimp just before serving.
Will keep for days in refrigerator.
