Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Combine corn meal,
    paprika,
    salt,
    pepper
    and
    lemon rind. Dip
    fish
    in milk and roll in meal mixture.
    Panfry in butter
    or oil
    in a heavy skillet until golden brown on each side.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Makes 6 servings.
